Move-out prices assume the home is empty. Tell us at booking if furniture is still there so we can quote it honestly.
Inside everything
Inside the oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cabinets, and closets are all included — no add-on fees.
Appliance count
More bathrooms and a second kitchen or wet bar add time, which is reflected in the price by home size.
Carpet
We vacuum thoroughly. If your lease requires steam cleaning, we coordinate an Austin partner — that's billed separately by them.
