Holiday House Cleaning in Austin: Thanksgiving & Christmas Guide

Thanksgiving and Christmas are our two busiest weeks of the year. Here's exactly when to book and what to prioritize.

The timing that actually works

Two-visit strategy.

  • Deep clean: 5–7 days before guests arrive
  • Standard touch-up: day before or morning of
  • Post-holiday reset: 2–3 days after guests leave

Priority rooms for hosts

Guest bathroom, kitchen (especially inside oven and range hood if you're cooking), dining room, entry-way. Skip formal living rooms guests won't use.

Prices during peak weeks

Same as any other week — we don't surge for holidays. Slots book out first, not up.

For overnight guests

Add fresh linens for the guest room, wipe guest closet interiors, and clean under guest beds — the three things Austin hosts forget most.
