How to cancel
Same place — one-click cancel. If you're on a recurring plan, canceling one visit does not cancel your plan.
Short-notice policy
Cancellations within 24 hours carry a $49 fee that goes directly to the cleaner. Cancellations within 4 hours or same-day no-shows are 50% of the visit price.
Pausing recurring service
Members can pause 1–12 weeks from the portal with no fee. Perfect for travel, holidays, or renovations.
